Permanently erase your Shadow Ascension account and the complete profile and training record bound to it.

Deletion cannot be undone

Account deletion permanently removes your account, profile, and training data. There is no backup, recovery period, or way to restore classification, XP, workout history, titles, skills, or ranking placement afterward.

How to delete your account

  1. Select Open account deletion below.
  2. Sign in with the same Google or email identity connected to the account you want to delete.
  3. The app will open Settings. Select Delete Account & Training Data if the confirmation window is not already open.
  4. Read the warning, check the consent box, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.

Data that will be deleted

  • Supabase authentication account, linked Google or email identities, and active sessions.
  • Fitness profile, credential, profile name, preferences, equipment access, and Registration Evaluation data.
  • Rank, internal level, XP, attributes, titles, achievements, skills, and exam history.
  • Daily Operation, Gauntlet, Emergency Operation, recovery, run, and workout completion history.
  • Public ranking entry and private ranking or operation-ledger records.
  • Shadow Ascension account and training data stored in the current browser.

Data retention after deletion

Shadow Ascension keeps no recoverable app account, user profile, workout history, progression, or ranking copy after deletion completes. Active billing-account, Google Play purchase-verification, and notification-registration records linked to the account are deleted. Pseudonymized payment-event and webhook audit records may remain only as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal or payment-provider obligations. The account user identifier is removed, and those records cannot restore the deleted account or training record. Infrastructure providers may also retain limited security or diagnostic logs under their own retention rules.

Email support@shadowascension.app from the address associated with your account. We will verify account ownership before processing a manual request.
